Hey all 👋

My name is Bonnie, I'm 28 and I'm looking for a room to rent! I’ve been share housing for over 10 years, and my current housemate is selling her house so I need to find a new home!

I work full time and have a steady income and have never been late for rent. I also volunteer at a youth organisation so I'm out quite a bit! I am tidy and friendly, enjoy a chat but also enjoy my downtime. Although I am also aware communication is key in sharehouses!

I'm looking for a place I can call home that is cozy and friendly, we get along well and can have a friendly chat or hang out every now and then but we also respect each others privacy and are okay to do our own thing too. As I am out a lot, I do enjoy a bit of my own time when I do get home (but happy to have a quick chat first!)

I would prefer my own walk in robe and ensuite and off street parking or safe parking, but also happy if I don't get these things.

I am also happy to look at finding a new place together with a few other housemates.
I'm currently in Frankston, and would like to stay in the area or nearby (as close to the beach as possible!)
