I'm 27 years old and run a business in mental health. My work is partly wfh and partly in the community. Outside of work, I love keeping fit and healthy, hiking, camping spending quality time with my boyfriend, friends and family and learning/building on my passions. Health is a strong value of mine so I spend most mornings at the gym and love experimenting in the kitchen. I'm very tidy and organised, appreciate a clean living environment and will do my part to keep a beautiful home. I’m a social butterfly who also loves a lot of alone time ☺️.

My ideal location:
The Kawana stretch; Buddina, Warana, Bokaria, Birtinya, Wurtulla. Open to other beach towns Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Alex etc.
6-12 month lease ideal, looking for stability and a place I can truly feel at home. Will not necessarily need a separate office for wfh, a shared office could suit or simply enough space for a small desk and room enough for a yoga mat. Available to move Late September. $250 + bills is my ideal budget but can be flexible for the right fit.

My ideal housemates:
I'm invested in finding housemates who value upholding peaceful reciprocity in the home. Cleanliness/tidiness, honesty, warmth, friendliness, genuineness and a willingness to communicate needs or issues kindly and openly is important to me because this is what I offer. I would love to live with similarly aged, likeminded and life-inspired people who are house-proud, enjoy sharing a meal and a chat but also like their own quiet time. I’m not interested in living with smokers or in a party-house. I’m very close with my family/friends and would love to feel comfortable hosting dinner once every few weeks. My man works FIFO (2 on, 1 off) and stays overnight 3ish nights during his week home. He’s very tidy and respectful and we share a healthy relationship ☺️
