Hello my name is Ray,

Currently studying sustainablity online at Uni of Tas. Hobbies are videography, reading, gym, beach and walks. I’m an open minded person, and respect anyone’s views and interests. I’m a pretty calm person and easy to talk to if any issues arise.

I value regularly cleaning, looking after my space and taking care as if it’s my own, being organised and paying my bills and rent on time!

I’m friendly and don’t mind a chat but I also respect the privacy of other house mates or neighbours. I’m also conscientious of the requirements of the house owner regarding rules and expectations of cleanliness, guests and noise etc.

I spend most of my time studying, editing videos, reading or watching a movie or doco . I enjoy being in nature and outdoors on weekends. Not much of a party goer anymore, i don't drink or smoke but it's okay if you do.
