Hello my name is Ray,

Currently studying support work and a Diploma in sustainable living. I'm also into videography and enjoy reading, gym, beach and walks. I’m an open minded person, and respect anyone’s views and interests and enjoy a chat about anything. I’m a very chill person and easy to talk to.

I value regularly cleaning, looking after my space and taking care as if it’s my own, being organised and paying my bills and rent on time!

I’m friendly and don’t mind a chat ( a bit more on the introverted side) but I also respect the privacy of other house mates or neighbours. I’m also conscientious of the requirements of the house owner regarding rules and expectations of cleanliness, guests and noise etc.

I spend most of my time studying - at night I’ll be editing videos and reading or watching a movie . I also enjoy being outdoors on weekends in my spare time. Not much of a party goer anymore, i don't drink or smoke but it's okay if you do.
