I work full time with a landscaping maintenance company here on the Gold Coast. Recently established with them a year ago, I'm looking for a better place to live long term with a minimum stay period of 1 year.

Currently living in a share house in Upper Coomera, and have been here for over 3 years.

It is a family house with dogs, and the owners family do visit fairly often and am just looking for somewhere quieter to live with more privacy and less chaos. Lived here this long because the location is great, and the rent is cheap. There are 6 people and 4 dogs in the house. The dogs are notorious for barking a lot though.

I love dogs and cats and all animals, so no problem with other peoples pets at all : )

I'm never usually up past 10pm during the week as my job requires early starts and I need the sleep.

I do not smoke, or do drugs, the only drug I need is caffeine. Not party orientated, but sociable.

I genuinely enjoy my work and working outdoors so I'm fairly chill, and not stressed out.

I meal prep and cook most of my food and make my own coffee at home, so you will see me in the kitchen a fair bit. I drink maybe once or twice a week but not a heavy drinker.

I'm very reliable on rent payment, clean, and respect other flat mates privacy and belongings. I get along with pretty much anyone as long as people are respectful.
