My name is Clare 👋🏼, (TEAM UP) Chinese/Australian, 30 years old and work full time as a health professional. I've also got two lovely , shyish, friendly cats with me.

I'm looking to team up with someone to rent properties with two bedroom and two bathrooms so we can have our separate toilets. I'm also looking for places 15-20 minutes away from Brisbane CBD so it's not too far away from the city (where I work). And also I plan to apply for properties with at least a small back yard. I'm easy going and friendly, I clean after myself and my cats. Prefer someone who don't have pets but don't mind living with them (cat people are a bonus). I don't party at home, but might occasionally have a friend over. Also I don't think I make that much noise, as I am sensitive to it myself and try to be mindful.

I'm open to getting to know if you think we are a good fit. Please message me. So I can co-sign lease with someone and rent a two bedroom place together (because it's more affordable and better!).
