I'm Sara, a 40-year-old Italian marketing professional. I've been living in Australia since 2016 and currently work in a senior marketing role for a global company. I work from the office 2–3 days a week, with Mondays and Fridays usually spent working from home.

I'm looking for a peaceful, respectful home to share with someone who has a similar lifestyle. I enjoy sharing a meal, a glass of wine, or a good conversation from time to time, but I'm definitely looking for a calm home rather than a party house.

Outside of work, I love cooking (I usually prepare my meals for the week over the weekend), spending time in nature, horse riding, surfing, camping, and exploring new places. During the week, I enjoy early nights, going to the gym, and focusing on work. I also have a deep appreciation for animals, plants, and beautiful spaces, and I naturally keep my home clean, tidy, and well cared for.

I'm ideally looking for:

- A home shared with one other professional (male or female) who values cleanliness, respect, open communication, and enjoys having a relaxed home environment.
- A room with a large wardrobe and enough space for a small desk, as I work from home a couple of days each week.
- A secure garage or storage area where I can keep my surfboards and a few camping items.
- A place that genuinely feels like a home, where everyone respects each other's privacy while also enjoying a friendly atmosphere.
- A private bathroom would be a big plus, and I'm happy to pay extra for it.

North Bondi
Bondi Junction
Bronte
Clovelly
Queens Park

I'm also happy to consider nearby suburbs if they're well connected to public transport.
