Clean and love to laugh. Pay bills on time. I can offer $200 a week plus bills.

I am looking for something quite specific and am willing to wait to find the correct place. I am currently living at a place but am just expanding on my options as I currently am too far from friends and family.

I would prefer to live with a family or with someone who has had grown up children and basically just has a lot of empty space in their home. I am not in a rush so I will wait for the right alignment. I would like to have at least a months' notice to provide my current housemate.

I'm a full-time worker and student so I need a fair a bit of time to myself but when I do interact I love to have a laugh where appropriate. In my spare time I like to get out into nature, watching docos/ tv/ movies, spending time with friends, and getting out and about. I am also an artist.
