Looking for team up, share house or granny flat where I can move with my dog and a cat and can use gated yard.

I work full time and am very understanding and easy going. I grew up in Europe so I am usually very economical freak housemate, no energy or water waste and love looking after environment well. Looking for a peaceful, clean and quiet place particularly during the week days.
I have 1yo cat princess Vicky and almost 2 yo medium size dog Jesse . He is rescued and is very loving cutie just requires to be only dog in the house to heal from his fearful past, he is good with the cat though.
I am very respectful and straight forward honest person and like to keep to myself as i live busy life, but absolutely love to share a beer and chat on a weekend or night after big week at work.
I am in early 40 but i hangout with younger girls at sport so mentally I am not a dinosaur .
I spend time outdoors actively a lot , love sport, going to gym, beach walks, chilling with good book or a movie.
If not busy on the weekend I usually go camping, watch a game of footy or cricket but also love just staying home and relaxing with nice home cooked meal.
