I am a separated, single father who wants to be close to my daughter. Ideally she will stay a few nights a week so an extra or spare bedroom would be very helpful. When she is with me we tend to keep to ourselves or out doing various activities. She is 12 and very well behaved and respectful.

I would prefer just one roommate and please understand that I would require my own bathroom.
I’m pretty easy going, neat, clean and tidy.
I’m focused on my career and family but I don’t mind having a few drinks and some laughs.
I keep to myself and am a quiet guy.
Into all sports, music, movies and can cook
Love dogs as well.

I work full time and also have some weekend shifts.
