Hey I’m Tom,
I’m originally from the Central Coast/Sydney. I moved to Melbourne about a year ago for a job opportunity and am living in Surrey Hills. With my current lease coming to an end in June, I’m hoping to get into a flatshare a bit more central but still close enough to work. Ideally I’m looking for somewhere around the Hawthorn/Richmond/Kew areas, but am pretty flexible if I find the right place.
Im a tradie (pretty handy to have around the house) and work weekdays. I also have footy training 2 nights a week and play on Saturday’s. I’m generally a pretty social person and spend my spare time watching sport, going to gigs, going to the gym, catching up with mates and going out for a beer. I’ve lived in a few share houses and am always respectful and tidy when it comes to sharing a space with people. I’ve got a few mates in Melbourne, so won’t be overbearing or completely reliant on flatmates to socialise with. Having said that, I’d love to live with people that become mates as well and am always up for a spontaneous outing. If you think I’d be good a fit, feel free to send me a message.
