I am full-time Mechanical Engineer and need a single bedroom (preferably ensuite/private bathroom) or a 1 bed apartment/studio would work too.

I love having a chat with my housemates but definitely respect their privacy and I expect the same. I don't party at home (rather prefer chilling outdoors with my mates) but do not mind an occasional beer with the right company.

Furthermore, I hit the gym daily and play sports as well. I have a pretty balanced and busy schedule with no late night uproars.

I am very clean, neat and tidy, and will always contribute to cleaning and upkeep of the house.
