Hello there!

I am looking for a new place to call it home and live with like-minded, kind and caring individuals in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

I currently live in Ormeau, and work in Zillmere. As you can imagine, I had enough of the 3-hour-long daily commute! I am about to sign a full-time contract with the government, and looking for a place to rent in the 20km radius from Zillmere either way.

I am in search for a large /or master bedroom with split system air conditioning, ensuite /or own bathroom, and large built-in /or walk-in wardrobe that has enough space to store my belongings. I have my own bedroom furniture and some things for the bathroom. I also have a Nespresso machine and a Nutri Bullet, and you are welcome to use them if I can put them in the kitchen. Speaking of kitchen, and this is very important: I can’t cook in a dirty kitchen. A cockroach free, clean and tidy kitchen is a must, please.

My Budget is $330 including bills, but I can negotiate if I really like the vibe. I am looking for a calm and quiet space where we can all relax after a hard day at work + gym + whatever else life throws at us during the day.

I am an ideal flat mate. I have been flatting with people from all walks of life in the past 18 years in two different countries and six different cities, moving around mainly for work. Honesty and communication about expectations is where it's at when it comes to live with other human beings. I am a funny and kind natured individual. I never miss a rent or bill payment, you won't see me often, I only occupy the kitchen once or twice a week for meal-prep, and will keep the property spotless. I don't bother people unless it's clear that they want to chat / hang out. I don’t like parties where I live, nor any noisy activities that goes into the late hours. If such disruption regularly happens in the house or at the close by neighbours, please don’t reach out as we won’t be a good fit. I like to rise early to conquer the day and normally in bed by 9:30pm. I am looking for flat mates with similar values and sleep schedules.
