I'm currently working in Sydney with an irregular schedule. Sometimes I spend a day to 3 days max and some weeks I don't come to Sydney. Ideally, I'm looking for a spare room someone can rent per day or a fair fixed weekly rent considering I won't spend much time in the place and with minimal use of the kitchen. I mainly just need a place to sleep and shower. Ideal for flatmates who want an extra income without having to share the place the whole time. I'm very clean, organised, respectful, quiet, but wouldn't mind to interact with flatmates as well. I’m into fitness, outdoors, dinners and a few glasses of wine. I’m looking for a quiet, respectful and nice people to share the space with. Preferably within 15' drive to the airport or close to a train station with a direct line to Mascot or the international airport. But I'm open to other options :)
