Hey I'm Carlin, a 29 year old male looking for accommodation. I'm easy-going, don't drink or smoke and am very tidy and respectful of other peoples' space and belongings, all of which are my must-haves for other tenants.
I'm looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom (essential), located around Boondall/Zillmere/Taigum/Wavell Heights etc, preferably with max 1-2 other people, who also do not smoke, but I am flexible on the amount of other tenants.
I work full time in the Geebung area and am generally out from 5:30am to 4:15pm, and I spend most of my time to myself but I'm not shy and don't mind a chat and hanging out 😊
I would prefer a longer length of stay (6months+). I have my own furniture so a furnished room is not necessary. My budget is $300/WK with bills INCLUDED, but may be willing to stretch for the right place.
Looking to move at earliest convenience.
