Hi I'm Russell.

I'm moving from Noosa to Melbourne for work in October and I’m looking for a share place with a similar like-minded person/people (over 35)

Ideally my own bathroom or ensuite. Oh and some outdoor space/outlook.

I'm clean and tidy, respectful of others personal space and expect the same. Living in flow and a sense of harmony/home is most important to me.

I like to cook a few nights a week and happy to share a meal together (cooking for 1 gets a little boring!). I don't mind a wine now and then but never in excess (couldn't tell you the last time I was 'drunk'). I'm not a party person (those days are well gone). My morning routine is pretty much fruit,coffee, gym, meditation, breakfast, work… repeat.

Looking for either furnished or unfurnished - ideally I am looking to settle in a place that feels right - both space and flatmate.

If you're musical ...even better. I play piano and am always up for a little jazz/soul/lounge/acoustic.
