Hi future housemate!

I’m looking for someone to team up with in Alexandria/inner west area but flexible re suburb. I’m looking to move somewhere pet friendly and cheaper than the massive rent I’ve been told I need to pay for my current 1 bedroom apartment. I have my own furniture/white goods/appliances and would be happy to bring/cull to suit the new house. Can provide photos of my current place to give you an idea of what things I have!

A bit about me: I’m 31, work as a doctor which involves a combination of daytime hours and shift work. When I’m not working I like to read, exercise (running/pilates/yoga), hike, or hang out with friends. I like to keep the house tidy and am on the quiet/chilled side when I’m home after work. But I also like to have a chat/share a meal etc :)

I’m looking for someone to go on a lease with. Flexible re move in date but preferably second week of April. My budget is between 350-400pp.

What’s essential for me:

- Secure parking space

- Property is accepting of pets (hoping to adopt a greyhound)
- You don’t mind living with someone who occasionally does evening/night shifts
- Own bathrooms
