Hi there!

I’m currently on the hunt for a place to call home for myself, my fiancé, my 18-year-old son, and our very important fourth housemate, a calm, well-behaved 4-year-old cat who mostly just supervises life and naps professionally.
I work full-time at the aquarium in Darling Harbour, my fiancé is a pharmacy manager in the cbd so ideally looking to stay within about 10km of the CBD, but we’re pretty open when it comes to the type of property. Apartment, granny flat, townhouse… if it’s safe, clean, and we can settle in, we’re interested!
A little bit about us; We’re a quiet, respectful household who genuinely just want a stable place to land. My son is 18, working towards his own goals, and keeps to himself. I work full-time, along with my fiancé, we keep a tidy home, and take pride in being reliable and easy to deal with. Rent and bills are always a priority.
To be completely transparent, we’ve recently found ourselves needing to move quite quickly due to our current lease situation not being renewed, so we’re trying to secure something as soon as possible. Like many people navigating Sydney’s rental market right now, it’s been a bit of a stressful ride but we’re hopeful the right place (and landlord) is out there.
Our budget is around $900-$1200 per week, and we’re ready to move quickly for the right place.
