Hi I'm a junior doctor starting work at Western Health in 2022. I am looking for accommodation close to Sunshine Hospital, starting end of Jan 2022. I'm a generally quiet housemate and an introvert. I'm respectful and mindful of others' space and hours and expect the same. I cook infrequently and generally an indoor person. I love board games and Netflix.

I'm looking for a room in an all-female house, preferably with 2 other housemates and covered parking. I'm not looking for housemates who are couples or smokers. I love well-behaved pets. Length of stay is flexible but will be at least 3-6 months and may go up to 1 year. I'll be sure to let you know minimum 1 month ahead prior to any moving plan.

Due to the nature of my training and work, I have been a tenant on and off for several years and would be happy to provide reference from previous landlords/ housemates.
