Ideally, I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, small unit or self-contained space that would suit myself and my children. I’m also open to hearing about other suitable options.

I’m a quiet, respectful and reliable person who takes pride in keeping a home clean and well looked after. I have great rental history, always pay my rent and bills on time, and understand the importance of being a considerate tenant.

I’m currently needing to make a fresh start and leave an unhealthy relationship, so finding somewhere safe and secure for myself and my children is really important to me. I’m simply looking for a peaceful home where we can settle in, feel safe and start moving forward.
