Please do note on my move in date and what type of room I look for. I’m from Singapore and a full time student at University of Newcastle. I rarely cook and love to have a clean place. I clean up after myself well. I do not smoke or drink nor do I party. I’m pretty quiet and keep to my laptop most of the time. I would like to find an accommodation before my flight back to Australia. I’m looking for a clean fully furnished room with ensuite and air-conditioning in the room. The rent has to be inclusive of all bills and internet near to the school. Please kindly only send me a pm if you have the following rooms available.
