*** Currently applying for our own 2 bed/ 2 bath rentals and looking for someone or another couple to apply with or join the lease! *** (but also happy to find a place on flatmates too if the right place comes along)

We’re super easy-going, social (but also enjoy our alone/quiet time), and extremely organized, clean and tidy. Very house proud and like to keep our space welcoming! Non-smokers.

I, Brad, am usually so busy that I'm seldom home. I love to surf, camp, and do anything active and outside in general. I'm also big into music and live shows! Definitely a morning person. I'm originally Canadian but working towards immigrating here. I’m a chippy that works for a high-end builder Northern Sunny Coast area so always working during the week and often doing cashies the odd weekend as well. I’ve got a ute, motorbike, quiver of surfboards and a fair bit of camping gear / tools that would all need somewhere to park in an ideal world, so looking for a place with a lockup garage. Street parking would suit for the ute. Looking to live near the beach!

My partner Beth stays with me a few nights a week usually, so we’re looking for lots of space and our own bathroom / ensuite. She’s an absolutely lovely local Aussie that shares similar values, lifestyle and hobbies. She works from home during the week so will need a bit of space for that as well.
