Hi future roomie! I’m looking for a new place to rent and the only caveat is that it must have aircon. I currently live in New Farm and would like to be walking distance to the CBD for work. My suburb preference is ideally in New Farm, South Brisbane, West End, Teneriffe or Kangaroo Point.

I’m an extrovert and always down for a yap, but also can read the room pretty well and know when to respect people’s personal space and privacy. For my occupation, I am a full-time human resources professional within the state government. My weekends are very social, I love exploring new cafes, restaurants or doing fun activities. I also enjoy exercising and spending quality time with friends and family.

I’m looking for a housemate who is super clean as I genuinely can’t function in a messy house, and someone with similar values. For example, someone who can openly discuss issues with respect and without unnecessary drama ☺️ I’m also pretty easygoing and not easily fazed by things.
