You:
- Have a spare unfurnished room for rent (A room with aircon and no carpeting would be highly preferable).
- Have available and secure off street parking space for my Moped (it’s electric so no early wake up calls don’t worry)
- A well adjusted adult (be honest…)
- Also value a clean shared living space.
