I have an apartment on the esplanade in North Burleigh, the location is amazing!

It's a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Rent would be split evenly at $345 per week each (plus split bills: electricity and internet). The building is a 3 level walk up and my unit is on level 1. The balcony looks out towards the esplanade (has a little bit of an ocean view through the trees, but is nice as it’s also got some privacy from people walking past). The room will be partly furnished with a double bed and has a built in wardrobe.

A little bit about me.. I'm 34, work full time from home as a HR Advisor, so I am here a lot during the week but spend weekends catching up with friends/family, going to the beach, getting some exercise in, and dinner/drinks out. I’m all set up to work from my room so wouldn’t be in your way if you were home during the week days. As I can work from anywhere, I sometimes head away for a week or so visit family and am usually in Melbourne for work a couple of times a year. I’m a very respectful housemate, I like the unit to be clean and have a homely feel. Would always be up for a chat, wine, or to chill and watch a movie but also appreciate others privacy and time to themselves.

This is definitely a chill vibe apartment block, everyone in the block is very friend and respectful of each other, nobody in the block has parties and the sound from balconies echo's, so if you are looking for somewhere to party at home this won't be the place for you.
