Helllo! 👋 Im Ryan, looking for a single bedroom flat / apartment, or self contained granny flat or freestanding place. Ideally peaceful place surrounded by nature ideally on a quiet street. I'm self-sufficient and easy to share a space with.

I work remotely doing design 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday with half at home & half coworking, which is a mix of meetings and mostly designing with my headphones on. Outside of that I practice and produce music, I mainly play sax and flute, and would be happy to coordinate playing times at appropriate hours or play elsewhere if needed of course. It’s all generally easy listening music ~ jazz, meditative, floaty, melty, surfy music.

I’m a positive, independent person with lot of passions and projects and totally respect solitude, boundaries and personal space. Have plenty of rental experience and I’ve got plenty of great rental references, full time reliable income, open to budget pending what is available.
