Hi, I’m Joe. I’m originally from the Philippines and have just finished my PhD at the University of Sydney, and I’m currently waiting for the formal confirmation of my degree.

I’m looking for a room to rent for at least three months while I transition into my next step. I’m doing remote work at the moment, which allows me to comfortably cover rent and bills.

At home, I’m clean, tidy, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces organised, clean up after myself, and am mindful of other people’s routines. I value a peaceful and respectful environment, and I’m very conscious of giving others their space and privacy.

I’m friendly and approachable, but I also appreciate quiet time and a calm household. I’m looking for a place where everyone is considerate and comfortable sharing a home.
