I am mature age, self employed female seeking furnished self contained premises.

I am a v fit, active, young 70yo, have business interests both within AU and internationally in the Finance/Investment professions. I do not drink or smoke and am v clean and tidy and v respectful of others' personal space.

Since Nov 2018, I spent the majority of my time in the UK assessing where to live via house sitting. However, I have just returned to AU for family reasons, but am likely to return - date open ATM.

I would prefer accommodation for 2 - 3months, Central Coast region or North Sydney area.

My preference is for solo, self-contained accommodation but may consider sharing depending on the circumstances but NO shared bathroom.

I do not have a pet but do love animals.
