I’m a professional, genuine and responsible woman looking for a lovely home for myself and my much-loved older cat, Kachina.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and take great pride in my home. I work from home some of the time, with some business meetings and filming work outside the home. I enjoy good food, movies, and spending time with my wonderful friends.

I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m a quiet, considerate tenant who will treat your property as if it were my own. I have excellent rental references, always pay my bills on time and take my commitments seriously.

Kachina is an older, fully house-trained cat. She’s very settled and would love a small secure outdoor area to enjoy during the day.

I’m looking for a home rather than just a place to live, and would love to find somewhere I can feel settled and cared for.
