👋👋 looking for a room with an ensuite bathroom, with a private off-street car park and maximum 2 housemates to move in around the ed of July/early August.

Looking to live somewhere suitable - please no couples or people with kids.

I’m happy to do a team up and find somewhere to live together.

I’m a full time corporate public relations professional, so ideally somewhere near public transport pick up points would also be ideal for work.

I’m the type of house mate that you could sit down with a cuppa and a bickie for a chinwag, a quiet beer after a long day, or a festive cocktail during down time - I’m easy going! ✌️ I’m looking for a house mate that is respectful of privacy and independent, yet I’m also up to hanging out, if the occasion calls and we mesh well 😊

I’d be happy to sit down for a feed here and there when the occasion calls for it but again, very respectful of space and looking for someone that also respects my privacy when the occasion calls for it.
