Hi there,
My amazing 2.5yr old small Border Collie and I are looking for a rental that will become available for us within the next few months as my lease ends in 6months.

I'm a mid 40s (but young in mind) professional working male, outgoing, healthy and active with cool stuff like surfing, skateboarding, biking, art etc

We're looking for a 2-3 bdrm unit to rent for us to possible team up with the right person (she doesn't bark 👍)

Looking to be super close by the beach located in or near Mudjimba Beach, Coolum Beach, or Peregian Beach etc paying $450 up to $700p/w for our own property

A little about me:
I work in events, running Ecstatic Dance Sunshine Coast as the director and occasional DJ. I also run my Stretch Tent business for others that have events like weddings, special events, and festivals, so I will need a large garage for the tents and event gear.
When home, I'm enjoying the beaches, markets, catching up with friends, or adventuring with my girl Bowie.
We're quite quiet and enjoy our peace with our busy work lives (Bowie doesn't bark and joins me everywhere I go!

We're very tidy and clean, respectful to every being great and small and love animals.
