I’m looking for a lovely room to rent part time (approx 1 to 2 nights per week) near the ocean.

In a nut shell I’m seeking a quiet, peaceful and happy environment to call my secondary nest. I’m social but also value quiet time to myself to recharge.

Ideally suited to a home where independence and down time is valued.

About me...

I’m a quiet, mature and independent individual (45 yrs old) and consider myself to be considerate and easy to get along with. Many years experience in share housing.

Home base is annerely in brisbane.
For work I'm a professional creative within the arts and community sector. Work is a mix of bris and sunny coast and includes, mentoring artists and community engagement for a not for profit sunny coast based arts org.

Outside of work I’m pretty chilled. Love music, sewing, gardening, outdoor adventures, exhibitions etc. My family are also sunshine coast based.

Needs to be a non smoking and no cats (allergic) environment please and wish list items are own bathroom and aircon.

Concious I'm not asking for a typical type of accommodation so hoping I'm lucky to find someone that is ok to have a part time housemate at least initially whilst I get a feel for new job etc
