Seeking a Peaceful Place to Call Home

Hi! I'm a quiet, mature and independent 46 year-old looking for a peaceful place to call home on the Sunshine Coast. Ideally, I'm seeking a humble, self-contained space near the ocean, though I'm equally open to tranquil homes inland.

Though I'm from the sunny coast I currently live in Annerley, Brisbane and am looking to relocate to be closer to my family and work which all on the sunny coast.

Professionally I work in the arts and community sector, mentoring artists (with or without disability), designing inclusive creative programs. teaching creative workshops and supporting community engagement programs for a Sunshine Coast-based arts organisation called Red Chair.

Work is currently part-time but will increase once I have a sunny coast base.

Outside of work, I enjoy a relaxed lifestyle and love music (particularly live) sewing, gardening, spending time in nature and outdoor adventures. I'm social, considerate and easy to live with, while also valuing my own quiet time to recharge.

**What I'm looking for:**

* Self-contained studio, granny flat or private space preferred with own bathroom

* Part-time accommodation, extended house sits or longer-term arrangements also considered

* Non-smoking home
* No cats please (allergy)
* Air conditioning would be a bonus

🐾 love dogs and would happily help with walking or caring for them if your home includes furry family members.

✅️I've been in my current rental for many years and can provide excellent rental references and have a great relationship with my landlord.

I'm looking to start with a 3 month trial, then happy to commit to long term if it's a great fit.

Move in date also flexible

**Budget:** Up to **$500 per week, including bills.**

I'm also happy to help with gardening, land maintenance and caring for the property.
