I'm Freya! I've been living and working in Brisbane since 2015. I was lucky enough to buy my own house last year, but I'm planning to rent it out so I can move a little closer to work.

I work as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Anyday Group, recruiting for some of Brisbane's best restaurants (which also means some pretty great dining discounts for my new roomies 😉).

I'm looking for a room in either a house or apartment within walking distance of our James Street office. My move date is pretty flexible, but ideally looking for around the last week of July or first week of August.

What you can expect from living with me:
✅I'm a big foodie. I love going out to eat amazing food and claiming it as R&D, but I also equally love cooking for the people in my life (that's you)

✅I really love having a home that feels welcoming and tidy, and I'm definitely someone who contributes my fair share to keep it that way

✅I'd say I'm pretty emotionally intelligent and good at reading the room, so know how to follow the vibe in the house, if you're in a social or quiet mood - both suit me nicely.

✅I don't anticipate hosting too much in this house, but would for sure be looking for roommates that don't mind if my parents or a friend or two popped in occasionally.

✅I don't smoke, I enjoy going to the gym, but I equally love a movie and wine night, paint-by-numbers, or computer/board games

✅I have the flexibility to work from home occasionally, so there'll be the odd weekday where I'm around during the day.

Ultimately, I'm someone who would be proactive in upholding a lovely home space, be considerate and mindful of the people I'm living with, and hopefully just a nice warm presence in your home.
