Seeking a room/ granny flat/ cabin with parking, access to cooking & laundry facilities, prefer own toilet & a ceiling fan. Short-term/ flexible arrangement preferred due to the nature of my work, day shift only, work from home & on-site (currently Loganholme), often aiming to start by 7:15am.
Self-sufficient, cook/ meal prep regularly, sort my own groceries, clean-up after myself & contribute to housework. Have an air-fryer, kitchen & linen basics, happy to get whatever else for myself. Enjoy time at home & a quiet drink, don't need to be entertained though happy to interact, don’t have many visitors, work & work commute take up most of my time. I have independent off-spring living elsewhere in the state.
Open to location suggestions (not familiar with SE Qld), looking to reduce commute costs & time (travelling from Ipswich atm). I have a current licence & Blue card (for working with young people). Can provide referee, rent in advance, flexible with dates.
