I’m a 26 year old Australian woman, working as a Geologist on an 8/6 roster.

I’ve recently become a pilates instructor and am teaching occasional classes in my off-swing. You’re welcome to join me for a hot girl morning (pilates, coffee, sauna).

You have absolutely nothing to worry about with me as your housemate. Bills will be paid, personal space will be respected, kitchen will be clean, bins will be taken out. I’m easy going and ultimately just want to feel comfortable and happy pottering around during my offswing.

What I’m asking for:
- Off-street parking while I’m at work,
- Aircon,
- Dishwasher,
- Security (12-months minimum),
- Genuine, kind, considerate housemate/s who want to run the home as a team.

Adore dogs, allergic to cats. Appreciate a house clean from animal hair or smells.

I’m going on vacation in November, so my ideal move-in date would be end of November/December. If this doesn’t quite align, let’s negotiate and come up with a plan which works for both of us :)
