I prefer a house where there aren’t too many people, nothing over three or it gets too crowded. No more than 2-3 people sharing the bathroom. A separate will reduce queuing.

Prefer own or ensuite bathroom.

I am out of the house 6 AM - 6 PM most days, and in the house after that. Weekends are spent in my room or on bicycle rides, or hikes. I don't socialise.

I like animals so if you have pets, all good.

Need to have a written agreement of some sort for all of our peace of mind.

Need to have free unlimited street parking or off street parking because I drive and I don’t want to be stressed about where I leave my car.

I am a long term renter.
