I’m looking to team up with a female flatmate to share a property between march- April. The place will be well-maintained, comfortable, and suitable for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and easygoing.

Move-in: March/ April
Private bedroom available
Shared common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom)
Located in a convenient location with great transport facilities. My preferred suburbs are Macquarie park , Epping for now. I’m open for other options as well.

Ideally looking for a working professional or student who plans to stay long-term, but I’m open to discussing options.

I’m a full-time professional who’s friendly, easygoing, and considerate. I value a clean, comfortable home and am respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a calm, positive living environment and believe in open communication and mutual respect.
I previously rented other apartments and great feedbacks.
