Hi everyone!

I’m a professional turning 30 later this year and am looking for a clean, comfortable room to rent in Sydney.

I’m quiet, respectful, tidy and value having a peaceful home environment. I don’t smoke or party, and generally keep to myself while still being friendly and easy to get along with. I’m looking for a home where everyone respects each other’s space and contributes to keeping the place clean, comfortable and welcoming.

I’m ideally looking for a long-term arrangement from around end of August/early September, with a budget of around $340 per week.
