A little about me... I'm a Gold Coast native looking to move to Sydney and I'm about to start a Masters of Arts & Entertainment Management at The Australian Institute of Music. I also write for Tone Deaf. For fun, I like to check out bands and socialise but I also like to indulge in some trashy tv and a night in. I'm looking for a place that I can stay for 12+ months as my masters will take me 2 years to do.
Hi, We are currently looking for a place to stay at least for 6 months and would love to now team up with another person or two to looking for a property near North Sydney and similar suburbs preferably. We are a couple new in Sydney and still looking for a job here so prefer to live in the suburbs near the city. We are friendly, tidy and sociable and love to make a friendship. If you are interested, we would love to meet you and start searching for a good place together. Please feel free to send me a message anytime.
Hi, my name is Brooke, I am in my early 20's and work full time & am looking for a spacious room to rent. During the week I am generally quite busy with work and sports almost every night, on the weekend I typically catch up with friends, watch Netflix, go to the beach, etc - all the usual things! I am quite a sociable young person so living other like-minded people would be a plus. I have all of my own bedroom furniture and living room/common space furniture that is available to provide also but not essential. Hope to hear from you :)
Architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking!!! Looking for room or whole property to rent. Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
I am a chef working in North shore and I have a child who is a university student. I spend time for relaxation, swimming and attending concerts. The place I am looking for preferably close to water (Beaches) and 2 bedrooms as He (my son) will be living with me and have a bathtub would be great.
Easy going 24 year old guy.Working full-time in IT (Barangaroo area). Regular 9-5 schedule + gym and soccer. I'm pretty social when to be and I respect everyone's space and time. Looking forward to meet you ;)
I am a 34 year old girl, originally from Belgium. I work full time as a chef in Sydney. I am very calm, clean and well organised. A clean flat is very important to me. I like to do home cooked meals some days and would like to find flatmates who keep somewhat the same balance as I do between a social life and a quiet, peaceful and private retreat at home.
I'm pretty busy so I am out most of the time working out running or going to the gym or catching up with friends. I'm clean and tidy and honest. I like to socialise so hopefully you are keen for a catch up every now and then. I am from Sydney and I am a Business Analyst. I love Sydney due to the beach and great weather. Oh and great coffee and foodie scene. Always keen to check out a new restaurant and cafe. I love travelling and generally love going to see bands, theatre and museums.
I’m a full-time student studying Occupational Therapy. I am very active & qualified as a personal trainer. I work as a kids entertainer on weekends and I am very energetic & up for a chat, but also value my own space.
- Working full time in Mosman as a leasing agent - Neat & tidy - I don't get crazy drunk and mostly keep to myself - Obsessively clean the toilet - Laugh out loud at Lord of the Rings - I eat weetbix, spinach and protein powder blended together for breakfast every day
Easy going, friendly, tidy and respectful. I work FT in Pyrmont and I’m looking for a new place/room from the 1st week of May.
I'm an Aussie professional who has recently relocated back to Sydney from the US. I'm looking for a furnished sublet on the lower north shore or inner city from mid-May 2019. I am NOT looking for share accommodation but am seeking my own place such as a sublet, a granny flat, or an entire place without roommates. I will be a professional, quiet, reliable tenant.
My name is Tom, and I'll be moving to Sydney for work (IT Project Manager) this May. Born and raised in Germany, I've also lived with flatmates across the world (Japan, Italy, Peru, Philippines). I'm an open minded jack-of-all-trades, aiming to see as much of the world as possible to meet happy and friendly people, and always eager to share a laugh and a beer.
I am quiet and love to spend time by myself, so you won't know I'm there sometimes, when you need tranquility. I enjoy eating good food with a glass of wine and watching a good movie, so would enjoy spending time with my flatmates sometimes too. I love to travel and meet people from different cultures. I love a relaxed atmosphere. One of my favourite things to do is listen to music. I was born in Scotland, but have lived most of my life in Aus. Cheers! Louise
Relocating from Perth to see what Sydney life is all about. I am originally from the country so pretty down to earth. Love cooking healthy treats and staying active. I am not really one for watching TV or movies as I prefer to be outside doing things. I am clean, respectful and enjoy a vino or two but nothing crazy. I am looking for housemate/s with good vibes, easy going and who are clean. I don't have a car yet so looking for something close to public transport. Ideally, the place would have lots of natural lights and some greenery. The room would be great if it had some furnishings but I am happy to arrange that also. I have a brother and some friends that live in Sydney so am open to a few different areas.
I'm 22 years old and I enjoy getting out and about. I'm pretty easy going and easy to get along with. Happy to have a drink or a coffee when ever. I enjoy sports and like the beach. Will be working full time and hopefully playing some sports to keep myself busy!
Hi! I'm 28 and work full time, in the city. I'm easy going, social, clean and enjoy being active. Looking for a place to call home. Born and raised in Sydney. Been flat sharing for over 2 years.
Hi there, my name is Roger and I am a professional in the medical industry and I'm looking for a room in a shared house with other professionals. I live in the country with my family but come to Sydney for work during Monday to Friday. Some weeks I travel interstate and will only be in Sydney for two or three days. I have rented with a family in Epping for the last couple of years but the family's daughters are moving back in which is the reason for my search. When not working, I love to travel and normally head over to the UK to see family and friends each year. I am clean, articulate and enjoy a chat and a wine or coffee at the end of the day. In my free time I enjoy travelling, fishing and the great outdoors.
22yo looking to make the move to Sydney. I work in the film industry, but can also get you a sweet 20% items at TVSN so that's something. I'm not particularly extroverted, and nothing makes me feel worse than thinking of having a house party. I'm professional, relatively quiet, and relatively tidy. Seeking a share house or a shared apartment - I've just started the search for a place so I'm pretty flexible in what I'm looking for. Would prefer something long-term as I'm not keen on moving again in a hurry.
I am in my late thirties and I am looking for a short term rental from the 31st May for 4 to 6 weeks maximum. I am a financial analyst for an IT company and work in Macquarie Park. I recently bought an apartment and it needs renovating, one of my housemates is moving out, so having to pay two lots of rent plus a mortgage would make it really expensive. I am into cycling, so I get up at 5am to ride with a club starting in Centennial Park. I love travelling, reading, going to the theatre and the cinema and I like to cook. I have shared houses and apartments since uni, so I like to have my own space on and off, but I enjoy having a chat and a laugh every now and again and swapping notes on the day just gone. I know how to keep an apartment clean and be tidy and respectful.
Hi, I am looking for share accommodation or a granny flat preferably near a train station. I am clean and tidy and quiet.
I'm going to be starting a PhD program in ACU so will be studying a lot, but like to be social as well. I'm generally an early riser and lead an active lifestyle. I've been living in Costa Rica so can speak some Spanish and am trying to keep that up so I may be studying Spanish as well. I love traveling and being outside, but also enjoy my lazy days. I'm not very picky so I'm looking for some easy-going and who is in general pretty clean. You don't need to be over the top clean, but as long as we both do our part that is what is important. I also loving learning new skills so I'll be happy to hear about your interests and goals! :)
Hi there :) I'm a small town girl who's fallen in love with the big city life and I'm looking for a new place to get 'comfy' in and call home. I am after an unfurnished, decent sized room as I have my gear I'd like to hang onto (if only I could become a minimalist overnight.! ;) ). I'm super easy going, friendly, active, in love with the outdoors (especially hiking and camping!), partial to the odd board game night and always up for developing new and wacky friendships. I'm honest, helpful, respectful, know how to clean up after myself and have never been late with a bill in my life. I love to cook which compliments my passion for health and something I'm also currently studying on the side of full time work!. My weekends are a mix of the usual life admin, cooking up a storm or enjoying the company of my loved ones over a delicious meal - usually with a beer or two! :P

Also, good internet is a must. I exercise every day, so I'd prefer an outdoor area like a balcony or garden Learning to dance, love walking and pilates. I also love to cook, including fresh bread, yum! I need to be close to a train station as I don't have a car, I also cycle everywhere. As long as its not too hilly ;)
I am looking for a furnished room not far from City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet with new people and have new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room . I need an air-condition. In my free time I like hiking.
We are a couple from the States who made the move to Oz for a second time. Both of us are originally from Cleveland, Ohio but previously lived in Lane Cove North before moving to our last home in Phoenix, Arizona. I was an Art teacher in the US and I am studying towards my Masters while working in education, and Chuck is working in the Warehouse/distribution sector full-time again. We mostly keep to ourselves and are very practiced when it comes to shared living spaces, but we also enjoy sharing meals and drinks with our flatmates. I love to cook for others and share my 'Murican delicacies with all.
Hi, I'm Andre, 26 years old, currently working full time in North Sydney. Love to cook a good meal, enjoy spending time with friends, going to the gym but also enjoy my own time.
I come from Thailand, the land of smiles! 😁 Currently I am working part-time as a music therapist and I am also teaching music. Despite that, I am very quiet and respect the noise policy. I am clean and tidy when it comes to living and I hope to be able to live with someone like-minded. I am friendly, open-minded and willing to work with my flatmates to make the living comfortable and happy. I sometimes cook Thai food so.. Be prepared to taste my culinary skills sometimes! I am looking for flatmates who are also tidy and clean, easy going and friendly.
Hello! I’m Claire! I’m 24 and originally from Canberra. I've been living at the South Coast for the last few months after travelling and living in Canada. I'm moving to Sydney and starting a new job on the 29th of April, so I'm looking for a room in a share house - preferably long term. I'm a pretty easy going person and like meeting new people. In my spare time I like reading, going to the movies, comedy, theatre, thrift shopping, and going for coffee/drinks! I can be very social but I also love my alone time with my darling Netflix. I don't have furniture so ideally I'd love a place already set up. I'm also looking for a place that has street parking nearby for my car.
I’m a pretty laid back person, enjoy a good laugh, good food and glass of wine, also like my music and animals. I have a 3 yr old Golden Retriever called Daphne who is very friendly, chilled out, toilet-trained and well looked after. She is friendly with other dogs and cats too. I work in Marketing, two days in an office and three from home. I’m very active and go to the gym, bushwalking, beach etc. I’m generally quite clean and like time to myself, but also would like to be able to have a drink and good chat with someone from time to time. Looking to move end of April/May 2019.
