Looking for a clean and furnished space, maximum 25 minute drive from Greenwich, Sydney. I am looking for long-term accommodation up to 19 months. Must have: own private bathroom, kitchen and laundry. One flatmate max, please (or a private studio/flat). I am nursing consultant looking for accommodation near North Sydney. About myself: I love the outdoors, trying new restaurants and being out and about!
Fresh out of university!! Easy going and tidy. I am a chill person who likes cooking and playing video games. Happy to hang out or keep to myself, I'm pretty low maintenance as long as I have a kitchen and you don't mind there always being food available?
Hi there, My name is Manrico, I'm a young man in his 40's and have been a full time professional photographer for 20 years. I have been living in Australia since 2012 and I'm an Australian permanent resident who is going to relocate to Sydney by the 25th of November 2019. A clean and tidy person, I enjoy cooking and socialising with a glass of good wine on my time off. I am tidy, very clean and respectful of privacy and communal spaces. Love having the occasional meal and drink together, but I don't depend on this. I am open minded, honest and trustworthy, chill, caring and cooperative. I prefer to cook my own meals and don't mind sharing it with my flatmate. I'm often out at meal times, so I tend to look after myself but depending of the situation I am open to sharing food. I don't have furniture or appliances at the moment but I will definitely need a double/queen bed and large wardrobe able to fit my suits and shirts I use for work.
Architect, straight and mature (house sharing wise). Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. Looking for pest-free room or whole property to rent. In terms of personal articles, I have a 2.4m long work desk, my own bed, some other furniture and my loyal car... these need to go somewhere. I can speak Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too.
Hello! I'm Paulina, 30 yo engineer from Poland. I'm working in North Sydney (Miller Street) and searching a room as close to work as possible. As a young professional I'm busy during weekdays. I'm working long hours. During weekends I like to relax at home with a book as well as go to the beach with friends. I spend long hours on phone with my boyfriend. He's studying overseas so you understand ;). I like eating healthy so I cook something almost everyday. I appreciate living in a clean and tidy environment and I like to take care of a place I live in. I'm an open-minded and easy going person. I like meeting new people. I enjoy the evening glass of wine with flatmates but parties prefer outside the home.
Our names are Marnie, Dolly and Claire. We are all 21, and studying law at Macquarie University. We are all easy going, fun, love to go out but also to focus on our studies. We have lived at college for the last 3 years and are keen to meet some new people who share similar interests. We are looking for a place in the Roseville/Chatswood area. We have Wii sport and are thinking of investing in a totem tennis pole. Let us know if you're interested!
I’m a relaxed soul, practicing the art of life balance with my gorgeous furry friend Arrow the labrador. He is low maintenance and comes out with me every day (training as a Therapy Dog). In the evenings I’m very chilled, but I do love to chat and have an occasional wine. Mostly up and outdoors by 8am for walk / hikes & yoga sessions, I do appreciate a quiet and private retreat kind of space. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR? Ideally you have a room that is larger than average - or maybe a studio / granny flat duplex available? Also it would be ideal to have an outdoor area for Arrow and I to sit when we are home. MUST HAVES......for me - must be floorboards - bedroom must be more than 4 x 4 with outdoor access (either onto a large balcony or courtyard access) - must only be max 2 people unless it’s a mansion with separate duplex so I have en-suite - must be dog friendly gated yard - must be off main road (I’m not interested in any place on busy roads ) I’m currently in transition and 4 people sharing 1 bathroom is not working anymore. Thanks so much, and please please don’t send me your rooms if it doesn’t meet my criteria :)
I'm a friendly professional in finance, working in the city. I am easy going, respectful, down-to-earth and have a sense of humour. Between working long hours and sports activities on weekends, you actually won't see a lot of me.
Born in Sydney, I work as a cleaner for a catering company. I love to keep fit, active and busy. I'm musical and a self-taught guitarist but don't worry, I'm quiet too! I like to socialise and enjoy a laugh but am also happy in my own company. Looking for a room in a share house, happy to share a room if need be.
Hi! *Looking to move in November onwards* My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to the gym, playing video games and board games, reading, watching movies and drinking the occasional Guinness. If you're geeky / nerdy then we will get on well. I am looking for a light filled and spacious room / apartment that can fit a queen bed with some furniture (side table and desk). I also have a TV and stand and a few other items that can be shared in a unit :) I am down to earth, clean / respectful, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a party / clubbing person. I have a 10 month old kitten named Arwen. She is calm and beautiful and loves people and dogs and other cats. She will be coming along with me. I am easygoing, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies.
