Im easy going, I’m barely home. I’m out of the house by 5:00am (I go to the gym before work) then I finish work at 6:00pm Monday to Friday (I may stay back later) I love a laugh, a wine and good banter. I’m clean and tidy and would love to not just be housemates but be friends too!
I am a friendly and genuinely easygoing person. I love to make friends and share different thoughts with each other. I could be intrvert and extrovert at the same time, means we could have some awsome movie nights together, or would totally respect your personal space if you need. Not a fan of party, but wouldn’t mind sitting together for a few drinks.😊
Hi, I'm Alex, formerly a software engineer, now I work in sales and recruitment. I'm moving from Perth to Sydney for a new job. I have two guiding principles in life: 1. Don't lie. 2. Be responsible. My rent is always going to be paid on time, if I break something I'll let you know about it, and I won't eat your food in the night. I clean my room, as well as common areas after I use them. I've been renting for the last ten years and have a great rep with my former landlords. Things I will happily do with you: * Play board and video games * Watch Japanese pro wrestling and Jordan Peterson lectures * Study sessions * Go for a walk on a Sunday * Visit the art gallery * Lift weights * Go to church * Be included in a cleaning roster or pitch in for a cleaner I won't be a good fit if: * You're lazy and irresponsible, and blame others when life doesn't give you what you feel entitled to * You're frequently up late making lots of noise (I hit the sack around 9:30pm every night, and wake at 6:30am every morning) * You want to share cooking duties on weekdays (weekends are a different story). I eat strictly during the week so I can reward myself with some delicious carbs on the weekend * You don't want meat cooked in the house * You think it's ok to lie Benefits of living with me: * No stress about not receiving rent money * The house will be as neat and tidy as you want it to be * Can approach me about investing money to make the house nicer (professional cleaner, better internet, nicer furniture, adding artwork, etc.) * I keep emergency funds and can afford to replace your things if I break them * I will help you solve most of your IT issues * Gym buddy * No obligation to keep me entertained as I have enough commitments, friends, and interests to keep myself busy * It won't take much convincing to get me to your church, if that's your thing * Uber Eats, board/video game nights for housemate bonding I'm a fairly assertive guy; I don't beat around the bush. If you're hard-working, organised, honest, and refuse to be a victim we will get along very well.
My name is Shae - I moved from Melbourne to Sydney a year ago. I work full time (regular hours) as well as studying a health science degree part time online - so I tend to be quite busy and keep to myself during the week (mostly because i'm on my laptop in my room studying after work throughout the week). I keep myself active and enjoy going to the gym bright and early before work most mornings. I am a social person but also enjoy my own downtime and respect others personal space. I am an average cook (getting better) but a GREAT cleaner and love to keep organised! Very easy-going, friendly and considerate. I have an extremely affectionate, loving and playful Ragdoll teenage cat (5 months old) named Harvey. He is an extremely sweet boy who loves being around people. He stays indoors only and is perfectly toilet trained - really, he has never missed... ever!
Hi I'm Lici. I'm 24 and I just finished my Law degree near London. I'm doing a gap year in Sydney before I start my training so I'll be working for the whole year. I'm looking for a housemate who is sociable and friendly but also chill. I don't play loud music or anything and I'm normally a quiet housemate but I do want to have some of my friends who live nearby to stay over occasionally. I love typical girl stuff but I also lived with four guys so I'm used to that, too. I'd prefer a teamup because I'd rather rent somewhere through an agency to avoid being scammed.
French guys staying in Sydney until Christmas. I work in Lane cove and i’m looking for a accomodation in the north of sydney not far from a subway station. I’m very friendly :)
I'm an Aussie professional female relocating back to Sydney from the US. Looking for a furnished sublet on the lower north shore or inner city. I will be a professional, quiet, reliable tenant.
Easy going Australian who likes to have a beer with friends on the weekends. Looking to meet new people who live in and around the city. Work 8-4 in pharmaceuticals in Sydney and go to the gym most evenings. In to most sports (soccer mainly)
I'm a french engineering student, and i want to live in a place where I can share y experience with my flatmates. I like to enjoy my stay in Australia, having fun by making new friends. I'm going to work in a computing company but after work, I like to do sports with my friends, hanging out or chilling at home. As a french, I like to eat well ;)
I have recently (3 months) started working in construction as a geologist with my works office based in North Sydney and the sites I most commonly work at being in Crows nest and Chatswood. Looking to live closer to work as my commute is currently 45 mins to an hour. I consider myself an easy going guy and in my free time I enjoy outdoors activities such as hiking and archery. I also enjoy motorcycle riding and maintenance.
I’m an easygoing and clean person who works as a high school teacher. I love to make new friends and have a good time with my flatmates as well as spending time by myself. (I recently rescued a cute tabby kitten called Porkins. He’s well trained and loves a belly scratch plus a big purrer. So, we are kind of a package now)
I have lived in share-houses for years, so have all of the training and good habits you need in someone who you're going to share a space with. But I'm definitely getting to the point where I'd like a little more space to myself, somewhere to study (I work full time and study yoga teaching), my own bathroom and a little more peace and quiet than my current 4 people in one house situation! If that sounds good to you, let's team up!
I'm pretty busy so I am out most of the time working out running or going to the gym or catching up with friends. I'm clean and tidy and honest. I like to socialise so hopefully you are keen for a catch up every now and then. I am from Sydney and I am a Business Analyst. I love Sydney due to the beach and great weather. Oh and great coffee and foodie scene. Always keen to check out a new restaurant and cafe. I love travelling and generally love going to see bands, theatre and museums.
Hi everyone, I’m a 23 yr old Aussie girl looking for a place to call home. A little about me: I work full time in marketing at Macquarie Park. I'm social, tidy and friendly. I like playing netball during the week after work and usually spend my weekends going to gigs or hanging with friends or family. Previously I was living at Redfern but now I want to live somewhere a little more convenient for getting to work each day but still close to the city. Preferable areas are St leonards, Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, Waverton or North Sydney areas. Anywhere close to a train line or busses. Looking to find some likeminded flatmates and a place to call home! Let me know if you think you have something that might suit. Also happy to do a team up in the area :)
I am a father of 2, my girls live with their mother in North ryde and I work local so looking for something in the area. I work full time on a roster and spend free time at the gym staying fit. Also don't mind a good action movie. Don't drink or smoke.
I'm originally from Sydney, have been working in Melbourne for almost a year and looking to move back in October. I work as a law graduate so sometimes I'll be working long hours, and in the evenings I'll often be studying or having a quiet night in. On weekends I'll catch up with friends and family but also be around the house cooking and cleaning. I enjoy cooking at home or going out to eat, and catching up over coffee or a few drinks. I'm quiet, respectful and very clean and tidy. I'd love to get a dog someday so ideally I'd be looking for a place where pets are welcome.
I'm an easy going person who likes to meet new people, I enjoy the outdoors and like to relax with brunch over the weekend. I moved to Sydney a few months ago from Melbourne so I'm relatively new. During the week, I'm a Consultant working full time in Barangaroo.
Looking to start a new lease with someone. I've previously had my own place so have most of furniture, appliances, utensils, cutlery, etc. Would love to team-up with someone that is looking to make a place an inviting and fun space to come home to. I'm really house pride, so would like to live with someone like-minded. I would like to look for a place to live like a home. I work full time in North Sydney. I am laid back, friendly and respectful with a great sense of humour. I am a clean responsible person and expect the same from you. I like to read books, watch movies(not TV), going out with friends. I like cooking and baking and also I am learning guitar. My weekends always vary but I love staying social, so tend to be in and out a lot. I like to learn new languages so if you are keen to teach your language and tell me about your country's culture that would be a plus. Also I own an XBOX and a few games like FIFA, GTA etc. but I rarely play by my own. So if you like console games we could play sometimes.
I work as a Marketing Director during the day. In my down time I like to play tennis and squash, explore beaches and walks around Sydney, enjoy a decent wine (or gin!), like to socialise and (I won't lie...) occasionally slob on the sofa to watch movies :) I am clean, tidy and respectful of your privacy. I'm a non smoker and have no pets. Looking anywhere, either on a train line to North Sydney or close by, with down to earth people who are not crazy party animals however don’t mind having the odd beer together, failing as a team at a trivia night, or occasionally going on an adventure somewhere at the weekends with each other. I’d rather live with house “mates” than just rent a room with strangers :) I can move in whenever and flexible on budget for the right place. Looking to stay long term in the right place, but a minimum of 6 months ideally, as moving house is a pain!
I’m very easy going and know how to keep things simple. I’m moving to be closer to uni and work. I go to the gym a lot and I’m not much of a party animal though I do like trying new restaurants!
I work full time at the McDonald's Head Office in Marketing. I have a 2 year old Cavoodle who will accompany me. Im 34 years old, i like surfing, 70s-90s rock music, the gym, hiking and travelling. Not much of a partier anymore, but do love a few glasses of wine and checking out new restaurants and cafes around Sydney. Looking for likeminded people who wouldnt mind sharing a place with a cute Cavoodle.
I am a 27 year old scientist looking for something long term. I dance, I run and I read a lot. I am super busy during the week and generally keep to myself at home. I am respectful of the privacy of others, but also love good chats over a cup of tea. I'd love to live with one or two other single professionals. Strong preference for somewhere on the train line or walkable to North Sydney (Crows Nest would be absolutely ideal!). I definitely don't want to live in a party house, but would like to have a friend or two visit from time to time. Please contact me if you have any questions or you think we could be a good fit! *Move date is flexible, so please feel free to reach out :)
Hi there I am 24 and working full time in Surry Hills. I love sports and going to the gym and being outdoors. Im not a big drinker (but love a good beer). I am really easy going but do admit to preferring to keep the place tidy (just love a good clean tbh). If your into the beach and love dogs Im sure were bound to get along haha :) Hard to keep it all to one box but am happy to meet up and get to know people that way if preffered.
Hi, I’m Katherine and I’m 30. I love going to the gym, pub trivia, cooking and travelling. I work full time in Wynyard as a genealogical researcher for intestate estates (if you’ve got a rich uncle who has died without a will, I’m the one who figures out who his heirs are and then finds you). I’m a non-smoker, no pets and I’m very clean and tidy. I’m looking to move into a new place on 20 October. Please don’t contact me unless that date is within a few days of what works for you too.
Hi my name is Matt. I am from Melbourne but am relocating up to Sydney for work for 3 months, and looking for a short term rental for up to 12 weeks from 1st October til 22nd December (flexible dates if full 3 month rental not available. Happy to relocate. After a month or 2) I have previously lived in Sydney. I'm a working professional in TV production. Office based in McMahons Point, I will be working 5-6 days a week and be travelling back and forth to Melbourne on certain weekends. I am married so need to factor my wife coming to visit a couple of times over the 3 month period TBC but I can source alternate accomodation at those times as we may do weekend trips away. I'm very social, but I also work long hours and happy to keep to my own to suit housemate and I like my own space.
Hey there! I'm Chris I'm 24. Full time working in finance, 9-5. Fairly chilled out. If you have coffee or doughnuts we will get along. In my spare time I enjoy gaming, reading, rock climbing, and rewatching the same 5 show on nextflix.

I'm looking to move between the 22nd and the 6th of October. Please feel free to message me or to give me a call. Hope to speak soon. John.
I'm a single guy from England and have lived in Sydney for over 7 years now. I work full-time in the financial services industry and so work a normal job with normal hours - except for the fact I can work from home 2 days a week. When not working, I'm pretty laid back and can usually be found engrossed in a good book, watching a movie/binge watching a TV series, or messing around on my computer (bit of a geek at heart!). I'm content in my own company and respectful of others' privacy, but am equally happy to hang out with my housemates and put the world to rights after a long day.
I am an Indian Software professional holding an Australian PR. I am looking for a temporary accommodation (move in date from 30th Sep 2018) for 8 to 10 weeks before finding a permanent place to bring my family later. I am clean, tidy, and fun loving individual. I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (not to be shared) within walking distance to train station and less than 30 mins travel to CBD.
I work from home as an IT guy so can fix all internet problems :) I'm at home for about 60 to 70%, at Clients the rest of the time. The bedroom needs to be big enough for a desk with my 2 computers. Also, good internet is a must. I exercise every day, so I'd prefer an outdoor area like a balcony or garden Learning to dance, love walking and pilates. I also love to cook, including fresh bread, yum! I need to be close to a train station as I don't have a car, I also cycle everywhere. As long as its not too hilly ;)
I am looking for a furnished room not far from City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet with new people and have new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room . I need an air-condition. In my free time I like hiking.
