Hi there!

I’m a Pilates instructor from South Korea, moving to Sydney on a Working Holiday visa. I’m looking for a furnished room with an ensuite, ideally within a 60-90 minute commute to the Opera House.

About Me:
I work part-time as a Pilates instructor, so I lead a very active and healthy lifestyle. When I'm not teaching or practicing, I enjoy working out, watching movies, and relaxing at home. I’m a big fan of minimalism—I like to keep my surroundings organized, clean, and clutter-free.

What I’m looking for:
I value a quiet and peaceful living environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy and space. I’m a non-smoker, very tidy, and I always pay my rent and bills on time.

Move-in date: 16th March (Available for inspections from 10th March)

Budget: Up to $200/week (Including bills)

Preferred: Furnished room
