I'm JJ please to meet you 🙂 Im looking to move asap or by no later than 23rd of December, positive note you will have a live in gardener/lawnmower man, tradesman mechanical fitter and HSE advisor in the house. my girlfriend lives in Fremantle with her two kids so I will be spending a lot of time there and won't be home that often as I will be working 10-hour days 6 days a week as a safety coordinator advisor for a company in O'Connors, so you probably won't see me but I can look after the lawns and Gardens full-time as I have OCD.  feel free to call me.
