I am quiet , polite , neat personality. I do not like to create fuss about small things. I am easy-going and friendly. I like to help people if I can . As I have lived in a few different share houses in Melbourne and Sydney , I know what to expect and how to behave with the people there. I am sincere and have never missed rent in the past. My current and past landlords and rental agencies can verify that. If you need a character certificate I can provide that.

I would like a place to share that is clean, tidy and has friendly/kind people. Most of the time I will be at work, but I care to do weekly cleaning in the home when I am free. Thank you !
