I’m looking to team up with 2 others and sign a 12mth lease. I’m looking at larger 4 bedroom houses with seperate bathrooms and living areas. I have several inspections lined up this week, I can provide links when we get in touch.

I have furniture but if you have your own that could also work.

I’m independent, have no kids, no pets, financially stable, work away interstate 2wks of the month, quiet, clean and considerate. I like to have a chat and share a meal here and there but also like my alone time and I’m respectful of everyone’s space.

I have set up share rentals previously and can provide references from other housemates if needed.
