I'm a 33y old Software Engineer relocating to the Gold Coast for a full-time position. I'm responsible, reliable, and easy to get along with – happy to enjoy a chat over dinner or a glass of wine, but equally comfortable doing my own thing.

I'm very clean, organised, and respectful of shared spaces. I work standard hours Mon-Fri and hit the gym most evenings, so I'm generally quiet during the week. I do my meal prep on the weekend, which means the kitchen stays clutter-free throughout the week, and I always clean as I go.

In my downtime, I enjoy relaxing with TV shows and movies, catching up with friends, going to concerts, and learning to play the guitar. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets (but do love them), and I'm looking for a long-term rental situation where I can settle.
