I'm looking for a place within the Maroubra area.

Looking for a quiet and clean place with a professional and active housemate(s) that's not home all day watching TV in the living room till late.

I'm clean, tidy, quiet, easy-going and I'm considerate of others and their space. I work full-time and keep busy working out, so it might be likely that we won't be seeing each other all that often.
