I’m a 29-year-old civil engineer with an easygoing and social personality. I enjoy a good balance of shared living and personal space — always happy to join in for dinners, movie nights, or the occasional catch-up, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and downtime.

I’m clean, organised, and value a well-maintained home environment. I appreciate routine and believe in sharing household responsibilities fairly to keep the place running tidy, smoothly and comfortably for everyone.

Outside of work, I’m very active and spend most of my free time outdoors. I’m into indoor bouldering, running, swims, and generally making the most of an active lifestyle. I also love live music, a good feed and anything else in between.

I am looking for a social yet clean and quiet household. A furnished room with storage space would be a bonus. I am flexible with the parking situation as long as its free and not cumbersome.

I have been a typical tenant - having lived in rental properties for the last 6 years across Adelaide and Townsville. Pays rent on time and maintains the place well.
