Hi, I’m Nita, 32 years old and originally from Indonesia, currently based in Sydney.

I’m looking for a long-term place to stay. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, and I value privacy and a peaceful home environment. I’m hoping to find a comfortable room in a clean home with easy-going housemates or landlord.

My budget is up to $350 per week. Ideally, I’m looking for a place with a car space (garage or 24-hour street parking), an ensuite bathroom, and a built-in wardrobe. I’m also ideally looking for a non-smoking home (no smoking inside), an adult-only household, and preferably a pet-free home. If not all of these are available, I’m still open to discussing if the home feels like a good fit and there’s potential to stay long term.

Before arranging an in-person inspection, I’d appreciate a short video call or video tour first. I think it’s important for both sides to get a feel for each other and the home, since living together is about the people as much as the space. If everything feels right, I’m happy to come for a direct inspection.
