Hi, my name is Nita. I’m 32 years old and originally from Indonesia.
I’m looking for a short-term room starting from 10 February for around 3–4 weeks, and I was wondering if this room is available for short-term stays.

I’m a clean and tidy person who really respects other people’s privacy and personal space. Ideally, I’m looking for a clean home with a comfortable room and easy-going landlord or flatmates.

My budget is up to $370 per week. Preferably, I’m looking for a place with a car space (garage or 24-hour street parking), an ensuite bathroom, and a built-in wardrobe. If not all of these are available, I’m open to discussion, especially if I feel comfortable with the home and the people and there’s a possibility to stay longer.

At the moment, I’m overseas, so I would need an online inspection. Since many things can be done online these days, I’m hoping to find an open-minded landlord or flatmate who’s happy to do a video call inspection or share a video tour of the room and the house first.

If everything looks good, I’m more than happy to do an in-person inspection before moving in, as photos and reality can sometimes be very different.
If an online inspection isn’t possible, it may be difficult for me to attend a direct inspection.
