Hi, I’m Nita 32 years old, from Indonesia.
I’m a clean and tidy person who respects other people’s privacy and space.

I’m looking for a clean home with a nice room and easy-going landlord or flatmates. I rarely cook, but when I do, I like to invite friends over for lunch or dinner. So I’d love to find a place where occasional visitors are welcome. I won’t bring people often since I’ll be busy with work and enjoy my personal time too, but I do like having a bit of social balance.

I don’t smoke or drink alcohol, but I’m fine living with flatmates who do as long as smoking is done outside (like on the balcony). I’m also okay with a social or party house, as long as it’s not every weekend.

I prefer a home without kids or pets, although that’s flexible if the environment feels comfortable.

Sometimes I like to relax on the couch in the living room (not to watch TV I actually haven’t watched TV for almost a year, I just use my phone). So I’d prefer a house where the living room isn’t used as a bedroom.
That said, most of the time, I’ll be in my room you might barely even notice I’m home!

My budget is up to $400/week, ideally with car space (garage or street parking with 24-hour access), ensuite bathroom, and built-in wardrobe.
Without those features, I’m open to negotiation, especially if I feel comfortable with the home and flatmates I’m happy to stay long-term.

Note: I’m quite tired of doing direct inspections since they take time, energy, and budget. Everything can easily be done online nowadays, so I’m looking for an open-minded landlord or flatmate who’s happy to do an inspection via video call or send a video tour of the room and house first.
If I like it, I’ll come for an in-person inspection before moving in as we all know, pictures and reality can be very different!

If an online inspection isn’t possible, there’s no point for me to come directly.
