Originally from the Gold Coast, and have just spent almost 2 years in Canberra working in Government/APS. Will be moving to Perth for work, and looking for 12+ month accommodation.

Ideal house setup would be late 20's/early 30s and all working professionals. Would like to live in a social house where everyone gets along and hangs out time to time (dinners and pub).

In my spare time, I like to stay fit (running/gym), the beach which I have missed while being in Canberra. Also would be keen to make the most of my time in WA by contributing to social/sport events, and going out on trips/adventures.

Well travelled, have done several snow seasons and relocated several times so I am very easygoing and non-confrontational.

Putting feelers out there to see what's available, the move is flexible and am planning to move in March (early april the latest).
