Hey,
I'm a 27 year old full-time electrician and am also studying electrical engineering. Currently living in East Perth in an apartment but on a sub lease so I am good to leave whenever. I'm also pretty into sport (especially live, nothing like the atmosphere), tv streaming and the odd hangouts with friends and family. Only been living in Perth since October after moving from my parents house south of Sydney. Looking for somewhere with a long term lease with at least 1 other but probably 3 total would be better both for rent cost but also for the share house experience. Definitely would like my own bathroom and need off-street parking for my car. I've been looking at listings for places to stay either near uni or between uni and work and would like to team up to boost the chances of getting a place and hopefully make some friends along the way. I'm also a non-smoker with no pets and no children but I do have a girlfriend who might occasionally stay over on weekends.
