Hey, Juan here - an engineer, outdoor enthusiast, and chilled, no-fuss flatmate!

I enjoy an active and sustainable lifestyle. In my free time you’ll usually find me surfing or hiking, and I’d also love to get back into beach volleyball if your place happens to be close enough to Manly. I’m more of a small-group social person and enjoy sharing a drink, a meal, or the occasional adventure.

I’m tidy, easygoing, and always clean up after myself. I work two days/week from the office and two from home, so I’d be needing to fit a desk in the room.

Ideally I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than just a room – somewhere where people are comfortable doing their own thing but also up for the occasional chat, meal, or drink together.
