Hey, Juan here - an engineer, outdoor enthusiast, and a chill, no-fuss flatmate!

I enjoy an active and sustainable lifestyle. In my free time you’ll usually find me surfing or hiking/running, and I’d also love to get back into beach volleyball if your place happens to be close enough to Manly. I’m more of a small-group social person and enjoy sharing a drink, a meal, or the occasional adventure.

I’m tidy, easygoing, and always clean up after myself. I work two days/week from the office and two from home, so I’d be needing to fit a desk in the room.

Ideally I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than just a room – somewhere where people are comfortable doing their own thing but also up for chatting/checking on each other, and the occasional meal, or drink together.
